Grievant(s) means an individual teacher, a group of teachers, or the Exclusive Representative who/that files a grievance as defined in Subd.1. above.
Grievant(s) mean an employee or group of employees who are members of the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement and who timely initiate a grievance. Where a group of employees desire to file a grievance involving an incident affecting several employees in the same manner, one employee shall be selected by the group to process the grievance. Each employee who desires to be included in such grievance shall sign the grievance.
