The FACILITY’s Grievance Reporting Procedures is set forth in Exhibit 3.
The immediate supervisor shall then have ten working days to respond to the grievant, using the Grievance Reporting Form.
The grievance shall be filed and responded to at each step of the procedure using the Grievance Reporting Form attached hereto.
If the matter is not resolved informally, the employee may file a grievance using the Grievance Reporting Form, with his/her immediate supervisor within twenty (20) working days from the alleged contractual violation or within twenty (20) days from the time the employee should have known of the alleged violation.
The Superintendent shall have ten (10) working days from receipt of the formal grievance in which to meet with the employee to discuss the matter and to then respond to the grievant on the Grievance Reporting Form.

Binding Arbitration: Should the grievance not be resolved in Level Three, the Association President may, within 10 working days of receipt of the Board's decision in Level Three, submit the grievance, using the Grievance Reporting Form, to final and binding arbitration in accordance with the following provisions.
This information is provided to the coordinator of Student Judicial Affairs and Grievance Reporting and the Vice President of Human Resources and Training for any action or follow-up that may be required.
