Grievance - A definition

Grievance - A grievance" shall mean a claim by a member of the Bargaining Unit or a group of the same, that there has been a violation, misinterpretation, or misapplication of a term or terms of this Agreement.
Grievance - A complaint involving the alleged violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of the bargaining agreement entered into between the Board and the Association Administrative Rules and Regulations may be grieved with the limited provisions of this procedure as described in Item D. Certificated/Licensed Employee — Any member of the bargaining unit.
