Grid Substation definition

Grid Substation means the 220/400 kV substation at Garautha to be constructed, owned and operated by UPPTCL for evacuation of energy generated from the Projects located in the Jhansi Solar Park through the intra- state transmission system;

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.
