Grid Incapability definition
Grid Incapability means that no Electricity from the Registered Facility can physically be received at or transmitted or distributed from any Connection Point.
Grid Incapability means that all or any part of the Electricity from the Facility cannot physically be received at or transmitted or distributed from any Connection Point as a result of a system constraint on the IESO-Controlled Grid.

Upon receipt of any such notice, subject to confirmation of the particulars by the Sponsor, the Supplier shall be allocated additional Contract Hours by the Sponsor equal to the number and type (i.e. On-peak Hours or Off-peak Hours) of foregone Contract Hours (or otherwise on an equivalent basis) resulting from such Grid Incapability.
