Grid Connection Application definition
Grid Connection Application means (i) an application by a Generator to a Licensed Distributor for a Grid Connection; or (ii) an application by a Generator to a Private Network Operator to access a Grid Connection by way of a Private Network Use Agreement;
Grid Connection Application means for a Project, any application submitted to procure a Grid Connection Offer for that Project.
Grid Connection Application means an application by an Islanded Generator for connection to the Total System, made in accordance with Clause 9.6 of this Private Network CfD Agreement;
Examples of Grid Connection Application in a sentence
If the Generator specified in the FiT CfD Application that it is, or will be, an Islanded Generator, it shall not make a Grid Connection Application, or otherwise obtain access to a Grid Connection (including by way of a Private Network Use Agreement) other than where it has ceased to have a Route to Market.
