Grid-Connected Mode definition

Grid-Connected Mode means a mode of operation when the Microgrid is Interconnected to and operating in parallel with the Company System, is not operating in Island Mode, and the Company maintains operational coordination of the delivery of electric service to the Point of Common Coupling.
