If Transpower varies the Grid Charges, Transpower is to forward to the Customer a revised Schedule 3 (Grid Charges).
Transpower's rights under this clause are in addition to any recalculation of Grid Charges under clause 19.2(b).
The credit note will be issued at the same time as the invoice for Grid Charges for the month following the month in which the losses and constraint excess payment is received.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Grid Charges are effective from the Commencement Date.
The Customer must pay Grid Charges for each month calculated in accordance with the transmission pricing methodology and this Agreement.

In the absence of any agreement to the contrary the revised Schedule 3 (Grid Charges) will take effect on the first day following such completion.
Transpower’s rights under this clause 41.7 are in addition to its rights to vary the Grid Charges under clauses 41.3, 41.5 and 41.6.
