Now therefore, the TSO and the BRP hereby enter into the following Balancing Group Contract based on the Energiewirtschaftsgesetz ([EnWG] – Energy Industry Act) and the Verordnung über den Zugang zu Elektrizitätsversorgungsnetzen (Stromnetzzugangsverordnung [StromNZV] - Electricity Grid Access Ordinance).
Registration on the primary capacity platform jointly operated by the transmission system operators in ac- cordance with Section 6 of the Gas Grid Access Ordinance (GasNZV) shall be gov- erned by the terms and conditions for the primary capacity platform published on the primary capacity platform operator's website.
