Greenfield Debt Documents definition
Greenfield Debt Documents means the “Revolving Credit Documents,” as defined in the Greenfield Intercreditor Agreement. Greenfield Intercreditor Agreement shall mean the Intercreditor Agreement, dated the Closing Date, among Agent, Greenfield and the Loan Parties, as amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time, together with any intercreditor agreement entered into by a refinancing lender in respect of the Greenfield Debt, as provided in the definition thereof. Greenfield Liens shall mean the Liens of Greenfield on portions of the Collateral as security for the payment in full of the Greenfield Debt, subject to the terms and conditions of the Greenfield Intercreditor Agreement.
