Green Store component—a one-stop direct Web link to providers of energy conservation and renewable energy supplies and services, and other environmentally friendly products and green learning resources. The Institute will negotiate a referral fee or commission on all items sold as a result of links from the Web site, tracked on a school district basis, and will forward 50% of the funds received to the participating school board to use to enhance their sustainability and conservation project work, and use the remaining 50% to support ongoing operation and maintenance of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇. • Their will also remain open the option of corporate sponsorships to the site—either to specific school boards to enable them to subscribe, or to the program to eliminate the need for subscription fees. Involving & Recognizing Our Sponsors The Pembina Institute values its sponsors and provides real opportunities for their active involvement and recognizes their important contributions: • Our multi-stakeholder Sponsor Advisory Committee will meet about three times a year to provide guidance on the project, review, progress and facilitate more detailed feedback on the development and implementation of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇. All project sponsors and major partners are welcome to attend and participate, and regular two-way communication and consultation is maintained as needed between meetings. • Content advisors: sponsors as well as our content partners will have the ongoing opportunity to review and advise on the actual resource content and materials, and web design, as it progresses. • Through our Sponsor & Employee Engagement Program, the Pembina Institute helps supporters to get the maximum value for their investment by working with them to create articles for company or departmental newsletters, postings for Web sites and media releases to promote their involvement in the program.
