Green Program means the City of Seattle’s Living Building Challenge Pilot Program, the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (“LEED”) rating program, the Living Building Challenge of the International Living Futures Institute, and any similar or comparable standards or program now or hereafter promulgated or conducted by a government or quasi-governmental authority or private organization that relates to the sustainable or environmentally sensitive design, construction, equipping, operation, maintenance, repair, use, replacement or alteration of buildings and building services and utilities; and
