Green Measures definition

Green Measures means that specific performance required of the Project Participants to achieve Green Status as further described in Exhibit “ ” attached hereto.
Green Measures means that specific performance required of the Project Participants to achieve Green Status as further described in Article 6 of this Addendum.
Green Measures means the activities performed by the Parties to obtain LEED points toward LEED Certification.

Examples of Green Measures in a sentence

  • Such report shall separately identify and present the Physical Green Measures, Procedural Green Measures, and Owner Green Measures in separate and distinct sections of the report.

  • Within 30 days after execution of the Comprehensive Agreement, or such other period as Private Entity, GBF and Owner may agree, GBF shall prepare a report outlining the combinations of Green Measures needed to attain the Elected Green Status.

  • The section of the report presenting the Procedural Green Measures shall specifically identify the Project Participant that is proposed by GBF to perform each Procedural Green Measure.

  • If the Owner fails to perform its Owner Green Measures and such failure results in a loss of LEED points that effects the certification, then the liquidated damages provided in this paragraph shall be adjusted to reflect the LEED certification that the Project would have obtained had the Owner performed its Green Measures.
