Green Fusion definition
Green Fusion has engaged the Employee to develop new sales contracts and business relationships that will enhance the Company's revenue. Green Fusion has agreed to reimburse the Employee with commission for new sales contracts that are obtained.
Green Fusion has entered into an agreement to purchase 100 percent of the outstanding shares of GFC in exchange for 1,500,000 pre-split shares of Green Fusion. This agreement has not been completed.
Green Fusion has no contracts with any officers, directors, accountants, lawyers or others which cannot be terminated without penalty or compensation and with not more than one month's notice.
