Green-e Certified definition

Green-e Certified means the Green Attributes provided to Buyer pursuant to this Agreement are certified under the Green-e Energy National Standard.
Green-e Certified refers to an environmental commodity or product that has been certified by the Green-e Governance Board, acting through the Center for Resource Solutions, as mitigating climate change and helping to build a sustainable energy future.
Green-e Certified means the Green Attributes provided to Buyer pursuant to this Agreement are certified under the Green-e Energy National Standard by Buyer after delivery by Seller of such Green Attributes to Buyer.

Examples of Green-e Certified in a sentence

  • Upon request of Buyer, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to (a) submit, and receive approval from the Center for Resource Solutions (or any successor that administers the Green-e Certification process), for the Green-e tracking attestations and (b) support Buyer’s efforts to qualify the Green Attributes transferred by Seller as Green-e Certified.

  • Subject to Section 3.11, all Green Attributes transferred to Buyer under this Agreement shall be Green-e Certified and the Facility shall be in compliance with the Green-e National Energy Standard.

  • Upon request of Buyer, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to (a) submit, and receive approval from the Center for Resource Solutions (or any successor that administers the Green-e Certification process) for, the Green-e tracking attestations and (b) support Buyer’s efforts to qualify the Green Attributes transferred by Seller as Green-e Certified.

  • All RECs delivered from Seller to Buyer under the terms of this Agreement shall be Green-e Certified RECs.
