Green Certification definition

Green Certification means certification under the Energy Star or Green Globes standard, the leadership in energy and environmental design green building rating standard developed by the United States Green Building Council or an equivalent green building standard.
Green Certification means the attainment of certification from Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, BREEAM, Green Globes or other similarly recognized rating system (as agreed from time to time by the Company and the Sustainability Structuring Agent), following a submission of an assessment carried out against the applicable standard by such assessor.
Green Certification means certification by any nationally or internationally recog- nized environmental standards program that is designed to achieve energy sav- ings and related objectives of the type in- cluded in the programs listed below:

  • You must promote the use of appropriate environmentally friendly products that are certified by recognized Green Certification bodies such as SGLS or SGBP in your fit-out works.

  • You must submit the relevant Green Certification bodies certification and layout plans showing the area of coverage and catalogue/ technical specifications of the products to us for approval before installation.
