Green Certificates definition

Green Certificates means the tradable certificates specified in the Ministerial Decree of 18 December 2008;
Green Certificates means tradable certificates evidencing a megawatt amount of electricity generated from renewable energy sources and injected into the public Grid, issued by the Romanian Authorities, according to Romanian Law no. 220/2008 regarding the system for promoting the production of electricity from renewable energy sources, as further amended and supplemented.

  • Grantor Trust Certificates Any class of commercial mortgage pass-through certificates issued under this Agreement that is designated as evidencing an interest in the Grantor Trust. For Financed Vehicles registered in states which issue confirmation of the lienholder’s interest electronically, the “Lien Certificate” may consist of notification of an electronic recordation, by either a third party service provider or the relevant Registrar of Titles of the applicable state, which indicates that the lien of the secured party on the Financed Vehicle is recorded on the original certificate of title on the electronic lien and title system of the applicable state.

  • Lockout Certificates The Class A-5 Certificates.

  • Exchange Certificates Means the pass through certificates substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto issued in exchange for the Initial Certificates pursuant to the Registration Rights Agreement and authenticated hereunder.

  • -ENTRY CERTIFICATES Any of the Certificates that shall be registered in the name of the Depository or its nominee, the ownership of which is reflected on the books of the Depository or on the books of a person maintaining an account with the Depository (directly, as a "Depository Participant", or indirectly, as an indirect participant in accordance with the rules of the Depository and as described in Section 7.06). As of the Closing Date, each Class of Regular Certificates constitutes a Class of Book-Entry Certificates.

  • Class A-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-1".

  • Group 1 Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • WREGIS Certificates has the same meaning as “Certificate” as defined by WREGIS in the WREGIS Operating Rules and are designated as eligible for complying with the California Renewables Portfolio Standard.
