Green Building Standards Code definition

Green Building Standards Code means Chapter 15.34 of the Lancaster Municipal Code. “Historical Building Code” shall mean Chapter 15.30 of the Lancaster Municipal Code. "Jurisdiction" shall mean the City of Lancaster.
Green Building Standards Code means the most current version of the California Green Building Standards Code as adopted by the City.
Green Building Standards Code means the California Green Building Standards Code, or CAL Green, 2010 edition, including the appendix thereto, together with those omissions, amendments, exceptions and additions thereto as amended in Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations and in this Title.

  • Covered Municipal Building means a building or facility that is owned or occupied by the Town that is 1,000 square feet or larger in size.
