Greeley means the City of Greeley, Colorado, a home rule municipality.
Greeley shall refer to the City of Greeley and any authorized representative thereof.
Greeley has the meaning given in the preamble of this Agreement, which refers to the City acting by and through its Water Enterprise.

  • The terms and provisions of these covenants shall not expire and shall be perpetual unless specifically released in writing by Greeley or its successors in interest.
