Grass Areas definition

Grass Areas means, for the purposes of Schedule 5 [OMR and End of Term], those areas in and along the Concession Highway designated as Class 1 Grass or Class 2 Grass in accordance with Section 9.5.2 [Landscaping Classes] of Appendix A to Schedule 5.

Examples of Grass Areas in a sentence

  • Shrubs and Grass Areas: An initial fine of $1,000 shall be imposed for any unauthorized disturbance within the boundaries of the shrub and grass areas to remain within the right-of- way and outside the limits of disturbance.

  • Lawn and Grass Areas Additionally, Contractor shall restore any other area of the landowner’s property that was disturbed by excavation, grading, or other construction operations of the project, except areas that are paved or stoned shall be restored as required above.

  • All grass areas must be sodded, with the exception of No Mow Grass Areas, which must be seeded.

  • As described in attached MAP EXHIBIT B1: SOD & NATIVE AREA MOWING Native Grass Areas: Native turf shall be mowed four times per season, approximately May 15th, June 15th, August 15th, and September 30th.
