Graphical Link definition
Graphical Link means an advertising space on a Web page, as reflected on Lycos' current rate card, that contains a graphical/HTML hypertext link to another Web page. An example of a Graphical Link as contemplated by this Agreement is found on Exhibit C.
Graphical Link means an advertising space appearing Above the Fold on a web page that contains a graphical/HTML hypertext link to another web page and has dimensions substantially similar to that illustrated in Exhibit A.
