In all presentations and publications of results of Network Research, the Network Investigator shall acknowledge the author’s participation in the Network and the support of the NCE Program and Granting Agencies, and shall also refer to industrial support where appropriate.
In the event that the Granting Agencies are not so satisfied, they may not approve future instalments of the Grant and they shall have the right to terminate this Agreement by delivering written notice of such termination to the Network Host and the Network.
Require, upon demand, that the Network repay the Granting Agencies, as appropriate, all or part of the Grant.
