Grantee Application means the final approved application form and budget submitted by the Grantee in respect of the Project as annexed to the Grant Offer Letter and any amendments to this as may be made from time to time in accordance with Condition 3. Ineligible Expenditure means expenditure which is not Eligible Expenditure and as set out in Condition 5 of these Conditions;
