Grantee Application definition

Grantee Application means the final approved application form and budget submitted by the Grantee in respect of the Project as annexed to the Grant Offer Letter and any amendments to this as may be made from time to time in accordance with Condition 3. HRA means the Human Rights Act 1998 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the relevant government department concerning the legislation; Ineligible Expenditure means expenditure which is not Eligible Expenditure and as set out in Condition 5 of these Conditions;
