Grant Transfer definition

Grant Transfer or “Grant Transfers” means individually or collectively (as the case may be) the LGED Grant, DPHE Grant, and HED Grant.
Grant Transfer is a transfer by LGED in a form of a grant to the Bangladesh Forest Department and the Department of Environment, pursuant to the respective memorandum of understanding referred to Section I.A.5 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, to carry out the activities under Parts 2.01(j) and 3.1(c) of the Project, respectively.
Grant Transfer means this Grant Transfer Agreement, as the same may hereafter be from time to time modified, amended or supplemented in accordance with its terms.

Examples of Grant Transfer in a sentence

  • If the Grave Grant Owner is deceased, the Stonemason must advise the family that a Grave Grant Transfer will need to take place in order for a memorial to be placed on the grave space.

  • Subsequent to such transfer and assignment, the Company acknowledges that Yissum shall be free to utilize the Development Results as it sees fit (subject to the Grant Transfer Conditions), including but not limited to the grant of licenses to third parties.

  • In the event that the Ontario Government makes a significant change to the provincial grants, the Parties agree to discuss whether the Grant Transfer Agreement may need to be adjusted accordingly.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Yissum shall be entitled to deduct from the Development Reimbursement any amount that they are required to pay pursuant to the Grant Transfer Conditions.

  • The parties acknowledge that pursuant to the Grant Transfer Agreement, DOA has delegated all its powers arid duties with respect to the administration of the Intertie Grants to AIDEA and that the Intertie Grants have been transferred from DOA to AIDEA for the benefit of the Participating Utilities.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Licensors shall be entitled to deduct from the Development Reimbursement any amount that they are required to pay as a result of the Grant Transfer Conditions.

  • If the Grave Grant Owner is deceased, the Funeral Director must advise the family that a Grave Grant Transfer may need to be done in order for the interment to take place.
