Grant Subordination Agreement definition
Grant Subordination Agreement means that certain Subordination Agreement dated of even date herewith by and among Axis Network Pty, Ltd., a private company owned solely by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, the Lender, the Subordinate Lender, and Borrowers, as amended from time to time, under which Axis Network Pty, Ltd. agrees to subordinate the payment of its overriding royalty interest in Borrowers' properties to the payment of the Senior Debt and the Subordinate Debt.
