Grant Schedule definition

Grant Schedule means the schedule titled as such to which these Terms are attached
Grant Schedule means the percentage of City Sales Tax Proceeds used to determine the amount of the quarterly payment to Developer attached as Exhibit “B”.
Grant Schedule means the percentage of City Sales and Use Tax Proceeds used to determine the amount of the quarterly payment to Owner attached as Exhibit “B”.

  • The Grant Date of the Restricted Stock Units is set forth on the Grant Schedule.
