Organization will utilize the Grant Funds only for the Grant Purpose and within the Grant Period.
If any Grant includes Grant Funds, in whole or in part, for the Grant Purpose of assisting Organization with the acquisition of any equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, funding equipment for Organization, assisting Organization with purchasing equipment, or the in-kind grant of equipment to Organization) (in any case, the “Grant Equipment”), the provisions of this Section (d) shall apply to such Grant.
In the event that Organization cannot use the Grant Funds for the Grant Purpose or within the Grant Period, Organization must notify Charities immediately.
The Institution agrees that it shall repay to Medtronic the excess monies not used for the Grant Purpose.
The GTIB hereby makes and Recipient hereby accepts this grant for a transportation project (“Grant”) in the Grant Amount for the Grant Purpose upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If the Grant Amount is equal to or less than $5,000, Recipient must submit to the State Auditor the properly completed grant certification form required by subsection (b) of O.C.G.A. § 36-81-8.1 and Paragraph 7.5.1 (Grants in Excess of $5,000), except that Recipient may certify alone that the Grant Amount was used solely for the Grant Purpose without certification by its independent auditor.
Recipient must repay the GTIB that portion of the Grant Amount spent or contractually committed for purposes outside the Grant Purpose or otherwise in violation of this Agreement no later than the end of the month following any such expenditure or contractual commitment.
Recipient will manage the Project, retain a contractor to manage the Project, or contract with a governmental unit to manage the Project and impose terms in any related contracts so as to fulfill the Grant Purpose within six (6) months of the Expiration Date (“Wrap Up Date”).

Additionally, if Grantee is unable or unwilling at any time during the Grant Period to comply with the Grant Purpose or the Grant Conditions, Grantee will immediately notify Charities.
