  • The Grant Provider also has the right to withhold disbursal in case and, in so far ForumCiv withholds disbursals to the Grant Provider.

  • In case of not finding an amicable consensus of the parties, disputes will be resolved under Czech law in the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Czech Republic, according to the location of the Grant Provider.
