  • These bodies are the Grant Provider, the Ministry of Finance, financial administration authorities, the Supreme Audit Office, the European Commission (EC), the European Court of Auditors (ECA) and the European Anti-Fraud Office performance of control in accordance with applicable Czech and EU legislation.

  • Except as disclosed in writing to the Lender and the Grant Provider, the Borrower is not in default with respect to any judgment, order, writ, injunction, decree, demand, rule, or regulation of any court, governmental authority, or arbitration board or tribunal.

  • In case of not finding an amicable consensus of the parties, disputes will be resolved under Czech law in the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Czech Republic, according to the location of the Grant Provider.
