Grant Closing Date definition

Grant Closing Date means the date specified in the Grant Agreement, after which ADB may terminate the right of the Recipient to make any withdrawals from the Grant Account, or such other date as may be agreed between ADB and the Recipient for such purpose;
Grant Closing Date means the date six (6) months after the Project Completion Date or such later date as IFAD may designate by notice to the Recipient, which is the date by which all the obligations of the Parties under the Agreement (with the exception of the obligation to facilitate supervision and evaluation contained in paragraph 3.14 and the obligation to retain records and documents contained in paragraph 3.15) shall have been performed.

Examples of Grant Closing Date in a sentence
