Grant Claim Form definition

Grant Claim Form means the form to be submitted by the Recipient in order to receive payment from the GMCA as set out in Schedule 3;
Grant Claim Form each Grant claim payment request form submitted by the Grant Recipient to the Funder for payment of the Grant and in such form and containing the information specified by the Funder from time to time, using the pro-forma sent by the Funder direct to the Grant Recipient as referenced in Appendix 1 to Schedule 4. Grant Offer Letter: each Grant offer letter issued by the Funder to the Grant Recipient confirming availability of a new tranche of Grant, following approval by the Funder of either Stage 1 Development Funding or Stage 2 Delivery Funding and for drawdown by means of a Grant Claim Form, and each of which is an integral part of this Agreement.

  • APPENDIX 1 TO ANNEX 6 DCMS will provide the Grant Claim Form to be included in this Appendix.

  • The applicable Grant Claim Form for the Grant Recipient will be sent by the Funder direct to the Grant Recipient.

  • Within 20 Working Days of a Grant Claim Date, the Recipient may submit a Grant Claim to the Authority for payment of a Grant Instalment using the Grant Claim Form described in section 82 and otherwise in accordance with this Grant Agreement.


More Definitions of Grant Claim Form

Grant Claim Form means the form to be used when claiming the Grant, a draft of which is set out in Annex C to the foregoing offer, completed for the project (or if agreed by HES, the relevant instalment of Grant) and including receipts, bank statements and invoices to evidence expenditure of the Grant in line with the Grant Eligible Costs;
Grant Claim Form means the grant claim form as set out in Schedule 3 Intellectual Property Rights: all patents, copyrights and design rights (whether registered or not) and all applications for any of the foregoing and all rights of confidence and Know-How however arising for their full term and any renewals and extensions. Know-How: information, data, know-how or experience whether patentable or not and including but not limited to any technical and commercial information relating to research, design, development, manufacture, use or sale.
Grant Claim Form means the form that will be supplied to the applicant and by which the applicant will claim the grant payment on completion of the project.
