Land manager means any federal, state, local, or private entity that administers, directs, oversees, or controls the use of public or private land, including the application of fire to the land.
Fund Manager means the manager appointed for the day-to-day management and administration of the scheme.
Federal Land Manager means, with respect to any lands in the United States, the Secretary of the department with authority over such lands.
Fund Management means the persons responsible for the portfolio and/or risk management of the Fund.
Resort Site means those parts of Burswood Island as are‑
Developer means the legal or beneficial owner or owners of a lot or of any land proposed to be included in a proposed development, including the holder of an option or contract to purchase, or other person having an enforceable proprietary interest in such land.
Direct Load Control means load reduction that is controlled directly by the Curtailment Service Provider’s market operations center or its agent, in response to PJM instructions.
The Owner/Company/BPCL means the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, incorporated in India having its registered office at 4 & 6, Currimbhoy Road, Ballard Estate, Mumbai - 400 038 or their successors or assigns
Amenity Manager – shall mean the District Manager or that person or firm so designated by the District’s Board of Supervisors, including their employees.
tour operator means an organiser or retailer, other than the carrier, within the meaning of Article 2(2) and (3) of Directive 90/314/EEC;
Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.
Load Management means a Demand Resource (“DR”) as defined in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

Local Interconnection Trunks/Trunk Groups means the trunks that are used for the termination of Local Exchange Traffic, pursuant to iconectiv Technical Reference GR 317-CORE.
Car Park means all bays, building, equipment, surrounding fixtures, fencing and all property;
Franchisee means a person to whom a franchise is granted.
Management Company means the firm overseeing the operation and management of the Participating Property; and shall mean the Grantee in any event wherein the Management Company is required to perform any obligations under this Agreement.
Sub-Manager Any Person with which the Property Manager or the Special Servicer has entered into a Sub-Management Agreement.
Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:
Cendant means Cendant Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
Co-owner means a Person who owns an Ownership Interest and a Co-Owner of a Series means a Person who owns an Ownership Interest of the Series.
