Malware means any virus, Trojan horse, time bomb, key-lock, spyware, worm, malicious code or other software program designed to or able to, without the knowledge and authorization of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, disrupt, disable, harm, interfere with the operation of or install itself within or on any Software, computer data, network memory or hardware.
Images includes all manner of images and audio recordings of the Undersigned that were captured or created during the period of or in connection with, or that depict or otherwise relate in any way to, any of the activities of the Undersigned during or in connection with the Race, however and by whomever captured, created, or stored, including without limitation films, videotapes, photographs, negatives, prints, recordings, digital files and data, and all reproductions in any form, in any media whatsoever whether now known or hereafter devised, and all derivative works based on any of the foregoing;
Variant of a type means vehicles within a type which do not differ in at least the following essential respects:
information gathering measures means laws and administrative or judicial procedures that enable a Contracting Party to obtain and provide the requested information;
Building materials means such commodities or articles as are specified by the Administrator by notification to be building materials for the purposes of this Act;
