Grading Plane definition
Grading Plane means the surface of the basement material upon which the lowest layer of subbase, base, pavement, surfacing, or other specified layer, is placed. "Grading plane" shall be interchangeable with subgrade. (§ 1, Ord. 87-662, eff. June 4, 1987)
