Grade three definition

Grade three means a correctional facility for confining inmates not more than ninety-six hours.

Examples of Grade three in a sentence

  • This provision shall apply to all non- supervisory classifications in Pay Grade one (1) through Pay Grade three (3) of Schedule “B”.

  • An Extended School Year Program may be available for students in Grade three (3) through Grade eight (8).

Related to Grade three

  • Prior Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.

  • Operating Month for a Shipper or Transferor means any calendar month in which Carrier either transports Crude Petroleum or recognizes and records a change in ownership of Crude Petroleum for the account of such Party. For purposes hereof the calendar month shall be deemed to begin at 7:00 a.m. (Central Time) on the first day of such month.

  • Prior Period With respect to any Distribution Date, the calendar month immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Mid-Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the one month period beginning on the Determination Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, from and including the Cut-Off-Date) occurring in the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and ending on the day preceding the Determination Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
