Grade 7 definition

Grade 7 means an employee who possesses appropriate skills and/or trade qualifications acceptable to Sea Swift whose work requires the competent exercise of the skills of that calling under limited supervision.
Grade 7 means to qualify at Grade 7 a trade employee will have been credited with at least four hundred (400) hours, of which three hundred (300) must be Core Hours from the applicable Career Path Model, all of which must be in Core Skills.
Grade 7. One package with top and bottom of box/container wrapped separately and properly folded liner inside. Use self-made bows or other decorations and commercial wrapping paper. Box WILL be opened by judge. Grade 8 – A series of two or three packages in a tiered effect coordinated as one complete package. For example: 3 stacked cylinders; 2 rectangular boxes; 1 box and 2 cylinders; etc… each wrapped individually. The tier must be securely tied or fastened together in such a way so that the individual packages will not move easily in the tier. Use self-made bows or other decorations and commercial wrapping paper.

  • Follow the active parental consent process with grades below seven, and passive parental consent with Grade 7 and above.

  • Librarians at the librarian rank of Assistant Librarian and Senior Assistant Librarian are placed at Salary Grade 6; librarians at the librarian rank of Associate Librarian are placed at Salary Grade 7; librarians at the librarian rank of Librarian are placed at Salary Grade 8.

  • The Affirmative Action Monitoring Committee will review the filling of vacancies in bargaining unit positions at Grade 7 and above.

  • An Electrical Worker Grade 6 is an Electrical Worker Grade 5 who in addition: ▪ Has successfully completed 3 appropriate training modules or 33% of the qualification specified for Electrical Worker Grade 7 or its equivalent; or ▪ Equivalent structure in-house training relevant to the Employer’s business or enterprise as agreed between the Parties to the Agreement; and ▪ Is employed to use the skills acquired through the training or experience specified.

  • In addition, this Employee has had not less than two (2) year’s experience as an Electrical Worker Grade 7 and is employed to use the skills acquired through the training and/or experience specified; ▪ Included in this grade is the work of: ▪ Advanced electrical tradesperson level 1; ▪ Advanced electronic/communications serviceperson level 1; ▪ Advanced instrument tradesperson level 1; ▪ Advanced electrical tradesperson powerline level 1.

  • An employee of this level has the opportunity to progress to the Grade 7 by completing a further three approved and accredited modules from the agreed bank of modules.

  • In case of equal seniority up through Point (b) above, the following shall apply: Grades Kindergarten through Grade Six teachers shall be given priority at the K through 6 levels and Grade 7 through Grade 12 teachers shall be given priority for positions at the 7 through 12 levels.
