  • Clinical categories means the groups into which hospital treatments are categorised by type, e.g., brain and nervous system, kidney and bladder, and digestive system. At the time of writing there were 38 categories in the Medicare clinical categories system.

  • DQ List has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(e)(iv).

  • Eligible List means an official record kept in the Personnel Office as a public record which contains the names of those persons who have successfully completed examinations, listed and ranked in order of their final ratings from the highest to the lowest rank.
