GRA Payment definition
GRA Payment means, for a particular day, the sum of the amounts of GRA that ----------- DLC has received on such day from those retail customers served under this Agreement upon whom a GRA was imposed pursuant to the Retail Tariff, less any Pennsylvania gross receipts taxes associated therewith.
