GQA definition

GQA means the Quality Management System defined in the general quality agreement either attached to this Agreement as Exhibit F or mutually agreed between the Parties as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date, and applicable to all Products delivered under this Agreement.

  • The expenses for product expended in GQA will be borne by the contracting parties.

  • GQA shall be implemented according to agreements between the Delegator and the Delegatee based on the guidance in AQAP-170.

  • Sub-suppliers will be notified in advance of any GQA activity to be performed.
