GPU Energy definition

GPU Energy. GPU Generation", "GPU Nuclear", "GPU Service" and "GPU Genco", or any related or similar trade names, trademarks, service marks, corporate names and logos or any part, derivative or combination thereof;
GPU Energy means GPU Energy, Metropolitan Edison Company and Pennsylvania Electric Company, and their respective successors and permitted assigns, as purchasers of electricity from the Facility under the Power Purchase Agreement.
