GPP system means a public health care system that consists of a designated public hospital, as defined in subdivision (f) of Section 14184.10 but excluding the hospitals operated by the University of California, and its affiliated and contracted providers. Multiple designated public hospitals operated by a single legal entity may belong to the same GPP system, to the extent set forth in the Special Terms and Conditions.
