GPOBA definition

GPOBA means the Global Partnership on Output Based Aid trust fund administered by the Association.
GPOBA. Global Partnership on Output-Based Aid means the partnership of donors and international organizations working together to support output-based aid (OBA) approaches.
GPOBA means the Global Partnership on Output-based Aid, a World Bank administered global program tasked with piloting output-based approaches and providing funding for this project.
