GPMO, the inter-departmental project management office at the regional government level established by GZARG, shall carry out the day-to-day activities of the Project and provide coordination support for preparation and implementation of the Project across the Project Cities.
GPMO shall comprise Guangxi Development Reform Commission, Guangxi Finance Department, Guangxi Housing and Construction Department, Guangxi Environmental Protection Department, Guangxi State Land Resources Department, and the Project Cities as its members.
The GPMO will cause the detailed project financial statements to be audited in accordance with International Standards on Auditing, by an independent auditor acceptable to ADB.
The GPMO, implementing agencies and project implementing entities (PIEs) will maintain, or cause to be maintained, separate books and records by funding source for all expenditures incurred on the project in accordance with their respective financial reporting frameworks.
GPMO shall be responsible for implementation of the capacity development component of the Project.
The audited project financial statements together with the auditor’s opinion will be presented in the English language to ADB within six months from the end of the fiscal year by the GPMO.
Attendees for the JPMR will include IRS business area and IT executives, IRS GPMO representatives, the PRIME’s senior management, and selected program stakeholders.
