GPI Systems definition
GPI Systems means any computer Software or hardware that was not developed, provided, licensed, or acquired by, from or through P▇▇▇▇ Systems under this Agreement and which is operated by GPI and interfaces with P▇▇▇▇ Systems Assets or that in any way impacts P▇▇▇▇ Systems’ provision of the Designated Services or the Termination Assistance Services.
