Governmental Request definition

Governmental Request means, with respect to any Person, such Person's filing for (or other similar process) a building permit, fire underwriter's certificate, zoning variance or similar permit, certificate or license or such Person's making of any other inquiries with respect to any Property to the applicable Government.
Governmental Request has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(b).
Governmental Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.2(c).

  • The Disclosing Party shall reimburse the Receiving Party for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred and documented by the Receiving Party as a result of any attempt by the Disclosing Party to resist or vary the Receiving Party’s response to a Governmental Request.

  • Governmental Authorization means any: (a) permit, license, certificate, franchise, permission, clearance, registration, qualification or authorization issued, granted, given or otherwise made available by or under the authority of any Governmental Body or pursuant to any Legal Requirement; or (b) right under any Contract with any Governmental Body.
