Governmental Orders definition

Governmental Orders means any orders, judgments, injunctions, awards, decrees, writs or other legally enforceable requirement handed down, adopted or imposed by, including any consent decree, settlement agreement or similar written agreement with, any Governmental Authority.
Governmental Orders means any order, writ, judgment, injunction, decree, stipulation, determination or award entered by or with any Governmental Entity.

Juli 2019), all as issued, and as amended from time to time, by the Swiss Federal Tax Administration, or as substituted or superseded and overruled by any law, statute, ordinance, court decision, regulation or the like as in force from time to time, including the established practice of the Swiss Federal Tax Administration.

Governmental Orders means Contracts, memoranda of understanding, commitment letters, undertakings, stipulations, consent decrees or agreements, net worth maintenance commitments, writs, judgments, injunctions, cease and desist letters, censure or other disciplinary orders or agreements, supervisory letters, declarations, rulings, determinations, awards, agreements, permitted practices or orders binding on the Company, any of its Subsidiaries, the Business or any of the Company’s or its Subsidiary’s Assets or to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is a party, by or with any Governmental Authority.
Governmental Orders has the meaning set forth in Section 3.15.
