Governmental Orders definition

Governmental Orders means any order, writ, judgment, injunction, decree, stipulation, determination or award entered by or with any Governmental Authority.

  • Where the applicable Governmental Orders or Regulations require payment in excess of the percentages provided for herein, payment shall be made in accordance with such Orders or Regulations.

  • Each Group Company has been and is in compliance in all material respects with all Laws and Governmental Orders to which such Group Company is subject or by which such Group Company’s assets or properties are bound.
