Governmental Applications means any and all submissions, supporting documents,
Governmental Applications means any and all submissions, supporting documents, reports or other proofs transmitted to any Governmental Authority for the purpose of obtaining a Governmental Approval of any aspect of the Project or the Project Site. “Governmental Applications” shall also include, without limitation, any submission of any kind, communications, exhibits, notice of meetings and telephone conferences, relating to any Governmental Application. Redeveloper shall provide a copy of all the information and notices of meetings referred to in this direction, to the Authority and County. It is the intention of this provision that the Authority and County receive copies of all communications, and notice and an opportunity to be present, at all meetings or participate in any telephone calls, with representatives of any Governmental Authority relating to any Governmental Application.
Governmental Applications shall also include, without limitation, any submission of any kind, communications, exhibits, notice of meetings and telephone conferences, relating to any Governmental Application. Redeveloper shall provide a copy of all the information and notices of meetings referred to in this direction, to the Borough.
Examples of Governmental Applications in a sentence
The respective timing for the Redeveloper’s submission of Governmental Applications and obtaining Governmental Approvals shall be in accordance with the dates set forth in the Redevelopment Project Schedule in Exhibit 1.
More Definitions of Governmental Applications
Governmental Applications means the applications, including all plans, drawings, documentation and presentations necessary and appropriate in support thereof, for the purpose of obtaining any and all Governmental Approvals.

Redeveloper shall provide a copy of all the information and notices of meetings referred to in this direction, to the Borough.
