Government Users definition

Government Users. If you are a U.S. Government user, then the Software is provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS" as set forth in subparagraphs (c) (1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-Restricted Rights clause at FAR 52 227-19 or subparagraph (c) (1) (ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS252.277-7013, as applicable."
Government Users means, individually and collectively, any Registered User who is employed by a Federal, State, County, or Municipal agency and who by law, rule, or court order and is typically not required to pay Filing Fees, including without limitation all Court Users.
Government Users. The Software and any associated documentation are "Commercial Items," as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. 2.101, consisting of "Commercial Computer Software" and "Commercial Computer Software Documentation," as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. 12.212 or 48 C.F.R. 227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 or 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, as applicable, the Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are licensed to U.S. Government end users (a) only as Commercial Items and (b) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.

  • Under 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 to 227.7202-4, U.S. Government Users acquire the Software and Product Documentation only with the rights set forth therein.

  • The Local Government Users will test the Release and Supplier will incorporate the test results into the deployment of the Release, providing workarounds, remedial actions, Release documentation and training as needed.

  • The following is added to Section 13 as Item 13.m: U.S. Government Users Restricted Rights - Use, duplication or disclosure is restricted by the GSA IT Schedule 70 Contract with the IBM Corporation.

  • USA Only: U.S. Government Users Restricted Rights – Use, duplication, or disclosure restricted by the GSA ADP Schedule Contract with the IBM Corporation.

  • This Government Users clause, consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202, is in lieu of, and supersedes, any other FAR, DFARS, or other clause or provision that addresses Government rights in computer software, computer software documentation or technical data related to the Identity Automation Product under this Agreement and in any subcontract under which this commercial computer software and commercial computer software documentation is acquired or licensed.
