Government Entit definition
Government Entit means (i) any state or political subdivision of a state, including an agency or authority, (ii) a pool of assets sponsored or established by such entity, including but not limited to a "defined benefit plan" or general fund, (iii) a plan or program of such entity, and (iv) officers, agents or employees of such entity acting in their official capacity.
