Governing Athletic Rules definition

Governing Athletic Rules means any and all present or future legislation, rules, regulations, directives, written policies, bylaws and constitutions, and official or authoritative interpretations thereof, and any and all amendments, supplements, or modifications thereto, promulgated hereafter by the NCAA or the __________ Conference or any successor of such association or conference, or by the Athletic Director in the conduct and administration of the Athletics Department.
Governing Athletic Rules means any and all present or future legislation, rules, regulations, directives, written policies, bylaws and constitutions, and official or authoritative interpretations thereof, and any and all amendments, supplements, or modifications thereto promulgated hereafter by the NCAA or the Big Ten Conference or any successor of such association or conference, or by any other athletic conference or governing body hereafter having regulatory power or authority relating to the athletic program of Ohio State. Governing Athletic Rules also shall include any acts of Congress or the State of Ohio regulating college athletics, officials, athletes, and competition.

  • Applicable Standards means the requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.
