Governance Groups definition

Governance Groups means the Delivery Steering Group, the Review Groups, and the Working Groups;
Governance Groups means the Delivery Steering Group, the Review Groups, and the Working Groups and “Governance Group” shall mean any one of them as relevant;
Governance Groups means the Wickham Market ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group and Parish Councils; and

  • When clinical and care governance issues relating to Lead Partnership Services are being considered, the Health and Care Governance Group for the Lead Partner will obtain input from the Health and Care Governance Groups of the other Ayrshire Council areas.

  • When clinical and care governance issues relating to Lead Partnership Services are being considered, the Clinical and Care Governance Group for the Lead Partner will obtain input from the Clinical and Care Governance Groups of the other NHS Greater Glasgow & ▇▇▇▇▇ Council areas.

  • The Recipient covenants with SZC Co and the Councils: (i) to nominate a representative to attend (or nominate an alternate to attend) meetings of the Governance Groups; and (ii) to procure that its representative attends and participates in the meetings of the Governance Groups and performs the obligations of such Governance Groups as set out in the Principal Deed.
